Prior Appointment Booking (अपॉइंटमेंट)
Kindly book an appointment with our Appointment Booking Team in advance. They are equipped to assist you with any queries, clarification or guidance required in selecting the ideal Health Check-up Package.
10-12 Hours Fasting (उपवास के नियम)
If instructed to report fasting, please do not consume any food, milk, or tea after 10:00 PM the night prior to your health checkup (including morning tea). Only plain water is permitted.
Health Check Kit & Stool Container
Kindly collect the Health Check-Up Kit consisting of the registration form, medical history sheet, and sterile stool container from the ground floor reception before your Health Check-Up.
Fresh Urine Sample at Center (सैंपल)
Please do not bring a urine sample from home; fresh urine sample will be collected at our center near the time of blood collection for 100% test accuracy.
Guidelines for Women (महिला निर्देश)
Females kindly ensure that you do not book health checkups on days of menses (periods), as Pap Smear and Urine Routine tests cannot be carried out accurately during menstrual flow.
Daily Medications & Past Records
Kindly carry your past medical records and current prescriptions. If you are known hypertensive or diabetic, take your routine medication after consulting our duty physician.
Comfortable Attire & No Jewellery
Please wear comfortable attire and footwear, and avoid wearing metallic jewellery on the day of your checkup to ensure smooth X-ray & imaging procedures.
No Alcohol for 72 Hours (शराब से परहेज)
Do not consume alcoholic beverages (including beer & wine) for 72 hours prior to your checkup to avoid elevated liver enzymes (SGOT/SGPT) and altered lipid readings.
TMT Protocol & Sports Shoes
If your package includes a TMT (Treadmill Test), kindly wear sports shoes. Male executives might be required to shave their chest area (collar bone to abdomen) for proper suction electrodes.
Mammography Prescription (<40 Yrs)
If you require a mammography test, a written prescription from a registered physician is mandatory for ladies below 40 years of age as per clinical safety standards.
